Training Programme for Green Entrepreneurs
The planned activities of the NatureBizz project are coming to an end. The initial idea of supporting small organic entrepreneurs with a business training programme has been realized. The programme has been developed and implemented in four project countries - Latvia (Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences), Estonia (University of Tartu, Pärnu College), Sweden (Sodertorn University) and Finland (Satakunta University of Applied Sciences).
The training programme consists of eight different modules - green micro-business management, green customer, green branding, sustainable quality management, green product and service design, green supply chains, communication and the “customer journey”, internationalization of green entrepreneurs. Video lectures of these eight modules are available here.
The training programme is also available as a printed handbook. The handbook is a pilot resource that can be used by entrepreneurs, teachers and students. For some it will be an inspiration, for others – a reminder, a discovery, and yet for others – a confirmation that their approach is already green. The handbook is divided in eight chapters – modules: Green Micro-business Management, Green Customer, Green Branding, Sustainable Quality Management, Green Product and Service Design, Supply Chains in Green Micro-business, Communication and “Customer Journey”, Internationalization of Green Entrepreneurs.
The English version of the handbook is available here. It will soon be available in the Latvian language as well.
The project is implemented in the framework of the Interreg Central Baltic Programme.
