Vidzeme forum "Smart economy: science, technology and innovations" took place at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA), Tērbatas street 10, 2017.
Within the framework of the forum, at the Valmiera Integrated Library on the 2nd floor from February 16 till March 3, will feature a book exhibition, where you can get acquainted with the latest publications and researches of ViA lecturers.

On November 30, and December 1, 2017, Nature Conservation Agency and Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences held the 20th anniversary scientific practical conference "Biosphere Reserve: Now, Hereafter."
From November 24 till December 8 at the Valmiera Integrated Library on the 2nd floor due to the conference were dedicated book and Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences lecturers and students researches exhibition "Northvidzeme biosphere reservator - 20".
The book exhibition "A Gift of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China" is on display from October 17 till November 30, 2016, at the Valmiera Integrated Library on the 2nd floor.
The exhibition includes books on contemporary China, its politics, economy and society, Chinese history, culture, arts, Chinese language and hieroglyphs, religion, geography and architecture. Books are in English, and some parts are parallel in Chinese and English.
