Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences invites to listen foreign guest lectures
From November 4 to 9, everyone has the opportunity to attend lectures of the 6th International Week of Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA), where foreign lecturers and researchers from India, Albania, Egypt, Ukraine, Lithuania and Estonia will share their experience and knowledge.

The International Week is dedicated to Simulation Based Learning and will feature lecturers and researchers from across the world lecturing and sharing knowledge on business management, tourism, media, politics and information technology.
Guests will also get acquainted with Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, Valmiera Integrated Library and its surroundings by visiting Valmiera City, ViA Knowledge and Technology Center, as well as Valmiera City Municipality.
As part of the International Week "Simulation Based Learning", a social simulation scenarios of the project "Simulation Games in Strategic Communication" (SimGames) will be tested at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA) which are designed to develop students and lecturers transversal skills in communication studies.
The International Week takes place twice during the academic year - in spring and autumn - in the buildings of Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences at Cesu Street 4 (C) and Terbatas Street 10 (T). Working language: English.

International Week 2019 is implemented through EU-funded Erasmus + projects.
The European Union Erasmus+ programme Key Action 2 (KA2) Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices strategic partnership for higher education project “Simulation Games in Strategic Communication” (2018-1-LV01-KA203-046981) is being implemented from December 1, 2018, to May 31, 2021.
